• Account data: name, e-mail address, and password (stored encrypted) when you register.
• Usage data: the URLs you submit for capture, screenshot parameters, IP address, and timestamps, used to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• Billing data: subscription and payment status. Card and payment details are handled directly by PayPal and are never stored on our servers.
• Support data: messages you send through our live chat or support form, including your name and e-mail.
• Cookies: as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information above to provide and secure the service, enforce usage limits, respond to support requests, send account-related notifications, and improve the reliability of the screenshot engine.

4. Data Retention

Generated screenshot files and their logs are retained for a limited period for support and debugging purposes and are periodically purged. Account data is kept while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to operate Site-Shot (e.g. hosting, e-mail delivery, and PayPal for payment processing), and when required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR in the EU and LGPD in Brazil), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time through our cookie preferences panel. We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted password storage and HTTPS, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Site-Shot is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
